Bolling H. (Bo) Sasnett, III  (President and Chief Executive Officer ) joined Additech on October 24th 2011. Bo has spent the past 25 years in the convenience retail and petroleum industries where he has been successful in growing companies.  He has broad experiences that include loyalty marketing specialties as well as extensive knowledge of fueling systems technology and marketing. For the last eight years, Bo served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Outsite Networks where he developed loyalty marketing solutions. 

Previously, he served as the National Sales Director for Dresser Wayne, a global leader of fuel dispensers, systems and services  and President for Dresser Wayne’s Saber Technologies, a vapor recovery technology company.  He served the first 15 years of his career at Universel Epsco, an innovative fuel dispenser manufacturer where he led the development and growth of the company as President.

Bo is recognized as an industry leader and is frequently a speaker at leading industry events including NACS, NACStech, SIGMA and Think Tank. Bo has been involved in many community organizations.  He was educated at Georgia Southern University where he majored in Business Administration.

 
 

Jim Timmer (Chief Operations Officer) joined Additech in May 1997. Mr. Timmer has over 15 years of experience leading people and project teams, implementing and overseeing operations, and managing customer and partner relationships. Prior to coming to Additech, Mr. Timmer spent 10 years with Mobil Oil Corporation. In his last position he was the Vice President of Mobil Pipeline Company where he controlled all Joint Venture Pipelines. In this role, he served on the Board of Directors for 4 pipeline companies where Mobil had an interest. Prior to this, Mr. Timmer served as the Rail Fleet Manager where he was responsible for the movement, maintenance, financing, and contracts for over 5000 rail cars. Mr. Timmer began his career as an Officer in the United States Army leading engineering projects in Central and South America. He was educated at the United States Military Academy at West Point where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. He later completed a Masters of Business Administration from Averett University in 1993.

 
   

Paula Schmitz (Vice President, Secretary of the Board & General Counsel) -- Paula has extensive experience in technology based companies, handling a variety of legal issues including patents and other intellectual property rights, as well as health care and technology licensing. Paula has worked in both large law firms and as inside general counsel to technology companies in biotechnology, software, hardware, internet, medical device, wireless communications and healthcare. In addition to her legal background Paula has a professional background in corporate finance, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.) and an arbitrator for the N.A.S.D. Ms. Schmitz earned a law degree from The University of Texas at Austin, following her completion of a Ph.D. in finance as well as a M.B.A. also from The University of Texas at Austin.

 
 

Atul Badwal (Vice President) joined Additech in March 2001. Prior to joining Additech, Atul was a software consultant for several entities. As a private consultant, he worked with a cross-platform of users, management and vendors to determine and optimize system requirements. He also directed training and skill upgrade sessions at a variety of on- and off-site locations. He brings a strong background in development, training, testing, evaluation and execution to the Additech team as well as stellar skills in business development, team motivation, technical knowledge and innovative troubleshooting abilities. Atul holds an MBA in International Business from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Bombay.

 
 

Veena S. Peña (Vice President) joined Additech in April 2010. She was previously the Senior Brand Manager on Simply Juice Beverages at The Coca-Cola Company. She successfully launched the Simply line of beverages and juice drinks into the US marketplace, allowing The Coca-Cola Company to acquire the #1 share position in US Juice Market from PepsiCo competitor Tropicana. She has worked on various brands and in strategic customer management roles within The Coca-Cola Company since 1998. While there, she earned numerous awards in marketing, advertising and innovation. Prior to Coca-Cola, Veena held various assignments in Brand Management at Altria and at Procter & Gamble. Veena has her MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and is an Adjunct Faculty member at the School of Business at Houston Baptist University.

 
 

David Shepherd (Chief Financial Officer) joined Additech in September 2004. Before joining Additech, David was the controller and chief financial officer for Cotton Restoration, national disaster recovery firm in Houston from 2001 to 2004, where he oversaw the implementation of new systems and procedures for a young, high growth construction services company. From 1997 to 2001, he served as controller to another high growth company, Fortune Products, that also required new systems implementation and procedures development, this time for a small manufacturer with domestic and international distribution. His other experience includes eight years in public accounting that ranges from staff work with a national firm to partner in a local firm and service as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Texas, an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Houston.

 
 

Walter O. Woodrow (Vice President) joined Additech in September 2003. Prior to joining Additech, Walter was a software consultant for several agencies. His assignments included developing a back-end system for Compaq’s Latin America E-store backend. A prior assignment was at Inspectorate America (Houston) where he developed a backend system for handling and automating data processing. Previously, Walter worked for Chevron Oil & Gas in several different positions, including integration lab coordination, application development, web development and user support for over 300 users and Exxon Exploration Company. Walter received degree in Electronics and Computer Programming, followed by specific training in networking, software development and project management.
